The DYNAMIX project has come to an end in March 2016! After 3.5 years of intense work and valuable opportunities for exchange with many of you (for which we would like to thank you very much!) all work has been concluded.

Policy Mixes for fostering decoupling - 3rd Newsletter on DYNAMIX research findings

Dear Reader,

The DYNAMIX project aims at identifying and assessing promising policy mixes in support of absolute decoupling of resource use and environmental impacts from EU economic growth. Recent project findings obtained since the last DYNAMIX newsletter include a report on DYNAMIX policy mixes, the revised Common Approach and a publication of findings on drivers for resource use efficiency in the Journal of Cleaner Production.

Promising policy areas for fostering decoupling - 2nd Newsletter on DYNAMIX research findings

The DYNAMIX project aims at identifying and assessing promising policy mixes in support of absolute decoupling of resource use and environmental impacts from EU economic growth. Recent project findings obtained since the 1st DYNAMIX newsletter include 1) a comparative analysis of real world policy case studies for absolute decoupling and 2) a policy brief highlighting conditions for successful resource efficiency policy.

Furthermore, the presentations held during the 3rd DYNAMIX Policy Platform are now available for download - the platform report will follow soon!

Potential barriers to achieving decoupling - 1st Newsletter on DYNAMIX research findings

The DYNAMIX project aims at identifying and assessing promising policy mixes in support of absolute decoupling of resource use and environmental impacts from EU economic growth. One year into the project, the involved researchers succeeded in 1) laying down the common approach for the project's analyses, 2) discussing the role that paradigms and paradigm shifts play in the context of decoupling, 3) and analysing main reasons for existing (in)efficient resource use.
